Corrections
If a figure on the site is wrong or out of date, say so and we will check it against the provider's own disclosure. Include the page URL and the figure you are questioning. Corrections are made in place and the page's checked date is updated.
Rates, fees and contribution limits change constantly. Every article carries the date its figures were last verified, and we would rather hear that something has moved than have it sit there stale.
Questions about the guides
We answer questions about what an article says. We do not give personal financial advice, recommend what you should buy, or comment on your particular situation — we are not licensed to, and anyone who does that in an email is doing you no favours.

You are welcome to cite our research with a link. If you need a figure verified or want to know when it was last checked, ask and we will tell you.

This is a one-person operation, so expect a few days rather than a few hours. Corrections are prioritised over everything else.
